Israel Adesanya will defend his UFC middleweight title against Yoel Romero at UFC 248 in Las Vegas this weekend.
The 30-year-old Last Stylebender will be the headline on a stacked card which will also see Joanna Jedrzejczyk challenge Zhang Weili for the Women’s Strawweight title.
Undefeated Adesanya will be looking to claim his 19th straight UFC win on Saturday and heads into this fight having destroyed Robert Whittaker last October.
He takes on 42-year-old fight veteran Romero, who has lost three of his last four clashes including a decision defeat to Whittaker in June 2018.
